Bar & Waiting Person - £7.20 per hour - Full time and Casual hours available
Previous experience would be preferred although not essential, as full training would be provided. Duties will include taking orders from customers, serving beverages, clearing glasses, assisting colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction, and any other associated tasks as required. Also required to wait tables at service times and functions. NVQs are available
Kitchen Porter - 40 hours per week - £6.95 to £7.20 per hour
To ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times using the required methods including washing pots/pans by hand and china using a dish washer, sanitising all work surfaces, cleaning all the kitchen equipment and ensuring that the back of house areas, including corridors and loading bay are kept clean and tidy at all times. To help out in the kitchen as and when required to do so. Hours mainly evenings and weekends. May be an opportunity to learn some basic kitchen skills including cooking breakfast, depending on experience.
Assistant Manager - 48 Hours per Week, Salary Negotiable
We require an enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated person to join our management team in the position of Assistant Manager. Primarily completing Duty Manager shifts and working 48 hours per week. This is an extremely hands-on role and required serving behind the bar and waiting at tables.
The role involves managing our internal and external customers to a level that satisfies our customers. Through this role, the Assistant Manager should strive to exceed the expectations of our customers to ensure the smooth running of the Hotel on an operational day-to-day basis.
The successful applicant must have experience in a management or supervisory position within a front office or food and beverage department and be standards and quality driven with exceptional customer service skills and an eye for detail.
